Katie Lewis

Katie was born and raised in the Haywood/Madison County area. After completing high school, she went to college at Mississippi State University and earned a bachelor’s degree in fashion merchandising. After completing college, she moved back to Jackson and took a job with Nest Realty, taking on the role of Operations Manager. Not knowing much about real estate at that time, she was excited to learn all the ins and outs of the selling and buying process. With the knowledge she received from observing in the real estate business, she decided to jump into the Realtor role herself! Katie is also an Expert Psychological Stager™ (EPS™) for the Central West Tennessee Area. Katie provides clients with a full range of home staging services including real estate staging, home decorating, space redesign, paint color consults, and more. She has successfully worked on projects providing staging consultations for occupied and vacant properties. She is now part of an elite group of home stagers who specialize in utilizing psychological staging to help sell for top dollar in the least amount of time. This is what she thinks sets her apart from other Realtors. Katie loves people and strives to give her clients, whether selling or buying, the best experience possible!
