Katie McAllister

Holding a Broker's License, Katie is dedicated to enhancing her skills, as demonstrated by her accomplishments, including C2EX, Direct Marketing: Social Media, Ignite Others, and At Home With Diversity Certifications. She is also an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) and is certified through KVBR for Grievance & Professional Standards, and Ombuds & Mediation.

Katie has received the honor of NAR’s 30 Under 30, being the only recipient from Maine in over 15 years. She launched KVBR’s Young Professional Network and has volunteered her time in countless committees and task forces through KVBR and MAR. Currently, Katie is a member of MAR’s Board of Directors and Communication Committee; MaineListings Technology Committee and Website Committee; and NAR’s Broker Engagement Council.

Katie has her Master’s of Business Administration and Bachelors of Marketing Management from Thomas College. Beyond real estate, Katie is a State of Maine Notary, a certified IAABO Basketball Referee, and a certified Dog Obedience Trainer and Instructor. She has been a basketball coach for all ages including college for the past 8 years. She can also be found exploring the world with her husband Kadeem and her baby boy, Kai.
