We recently sold our house after living in it for 27 years. The thought of working with a realtor who would represent our wishes during this time was daunting. Katie is a wonderful realtor! It had been 25 years since we bought a home and the process was seamless thanks to Katie. Always professional, incredibly efficient, attentive, answered our numerous questions and always looked out for our best interests throughout the process. Our home is new construction and Katie visited the construction site with us, kept in touch with the builder on the progress, let us know the questions we needed to ask, helped us arrange all the necessary paperwork, the inspector and the attorney. Katie was an excellent agent to work with as buyers. She took us on virtual tours as well as scheduled six tours and open house visits back-to-back for us to maximize our time in Mass and limit the number of trips we needed to make in person. Katie was always available to help us with whatever we needed and is a very knowledgeable realtor. She was also able to recommend a very helpful mortgage broker (Doug Massad, Northpoint) and a local attorney (Sarah Shamsuddin) who were both great to work with!
