First time home buyer, total noobie to the process and nuance of the journey. Katie’s know-how and experience in not only real estate, but also her strong attributes in the auction/trades/homeowner related fields made everything go so smoothly. We are so thankful that we were referred to Katie! She worked with us for many months showing a number of homes, and finally someone accepted our bid. Closed in about 30 days flat! Katie also worked wonderfully with my high-speed lending team. She can keep up with the pros, as she is indeed a professional.
