Katie Payne

As a military spouse for 28 years, Katie Payne understands the importance of finding home. She also understands how complicated the process can be and seeks to help her clients navigate the challenges with knowledge, confidence and peace of mind. Katie earned successive degrees in the communication field through Baylor and Texas A&M Universities. She values family and community. She has served in leadership positions in numerous civic and non profit organizations while raising her four daughters.

Licensed in both Kansas and Missouri, Katie is an Accredited Buyers Representative and a Military Relocation Specialist. She coordinates a complimentary Military Home Buying Seminar to the community.
