About Katie

Katie Riedeman is a full-time, professional REALTOR® and has collaborated with clients since 2015 as a member of the Van Cleave Real Estate Team. She started as a buyer’s agent and now has the pleasure of collaborating with buyers and sellers to help them reach their real estate goals. She grew up in Jewell and played golf at Iowa State University (go Cyclones!) and is still incredibly involved with the local golf community. Her husband, Austin, is a local schoolteacher and they have three children, Kruise, Piper, and Griffin. They attend Cornerstone Church and love connecting with people in their community. Austin and she bought their first home in Ames and have continued to invest in real estate by purchasing investment properties. Her goal in real estate is to serve buyers and sellers in Central Iowa at the highest level by providing honest and trustworthy service every step of the way. This includes constant communication, high-level education for her clients, and an understanding of their real estate goals. Her experience allows her to educate her clients and help them learn every piece of the real estate puzzle. This includes understanding their financing options, connecting them with local vendors, and building relationships with agents in the market to help them win.
