About Katie

As a mother of three active and growing kids, Katie understands the importance of family and making a home. They came to the desert of Washington to be a part of a great community, raising children, and making an impact on those around them while enjoying the sunshine. With its diverse culture and a melting pot of nationalities, continued expansion, agricultural richness, and economic growth they have found opportunity after opportunity to serve. Having relocated from the Portland Metro Area to the Tri-Cities in 2010, Katie understands the unique situation we can find ourselves in when we move our families from one location to another. Being able to work cohesively to find her clients a home that they love, close to work, and great schools for their kids while alleviating some of the stresses involved with such a move, is something she delights in. Making Tri-Cities my home, she takes pride in it, knowing neighborhoods, history, landmarks, and studying the ever-changing market.

Katie is comfortable working with all people groups, at one point in my career she was the Development Director for a Non-Profit Homeless shelter. Meeting with philanthropists, public speaking, planning, and hosting large fundraising events, and conducting tours of the shelter were some of the highlights from that experience. Katie is a pastor, mentor, counselor, student, and friend, she is not a salesperson. Katie chose to go into Real Estate because of her love of public speaking, negotiations, working with diverse cultures and differing demographics, and to become an expert in my career. She believes that an expert is always learning, always growing, and has never “arrived.”

Katie’s big dream is to help you accomplish yours to be a part of building a better community, here in the Tri-Cities. In a large way, finding and selling your home is a part of that, her background in public speaking and communicating allows her to confidently negotiate on her client’s behalf bringing about the best outcome possible. She believes that as people, we are called to do amazing things in our lives, but that to accomplish the tasks set before us, we must have a place where we can rest, relax, and recharge, your home should be that.
