Katie helped me sell my house after a messy divorce. I lived in a mid century house that was badly flipped. I had never sold a home before.

Katie was honest about the costs upfront that we needed to invest to get our house ready to sell. She was lightening fast, always kept me in the loop, protected my information very well for security reasons related to my divorce, and defended my choices as well as gave great advice.

I don't think I would have sold my home as well or as fast as I did with anyone else. She really made a situation I never thought I'd be in all the better with her support and can do attitude.

Katie was great to work with, I can't imagine our home purchase going any better than it did. As first-time homebuyers and having to buy from out-of-state due to military orders, my husband and I were incredibly intimated by the process, but Katie walked us through it and practically made it easy. She was honest and thorough with the walk-throughs that we scheduled over Zoom, was always very responsive, even with a 6hr time difference, and there was never any pressure to go over our budget or to settle for something that wasn't what we wanted. Katie was happy to explain any aspect of the process we didn't understand, and even helped after closing during the seller's rent-back as we were still out of state. We definitely recommend Katie to anybody that needs a realtor in the area!

As a military member and someone new to the Anne Arundel County area, I was in search of a home with a good school system and quiet neighborhood. I'm extremely happy that I connected with Katie to find my future home and meet the needs of me and my family. As a first time homeowner I was completely lost in what to do and how the process worked. She was very helpful from the very beginning and didn't push me into anything I didn't want to do. She allowed me to work at my own pace, helped me look at a number of properties and ultimately allowed me to find the house I wanted in the area I was looking for. We reached out to Katie, based on our positive previous experience with her in finding a rental property, a couple of years ago.

As we expected, she was super helpful in finding the right house for us.

First she discussed with us about our preferences and our needs in a perfect house. Then she quickly came up with a list of houses on the market that meets our needs, in the areas that we were looking for.

During this process, she was also very organized. Most of the work like setting appointments, route charts, etc. was done by her, we just went to see the houses and share our thoughts. During these discussions also, she tried to understand our needs better, like fine tuning.

She was also available to view/show some houses that we found out on Zillow, on a very short notice as well. We saw 14-15 houses before deciding to place an offer, within a month.

She helped us to put together the offers. She guided us through the entire process. During the contract period as well, she kept us informed in all the phases and communicated all the details. This was very helpful to as a first time buyer. Again she was available during Sunday evenings too, to answer any of our questions about the contract and next steps.

She also helped us with finding the right partners for Mortgage, Roofing, Inspection, handyman etc..

In short, Katie get things done, fast and right. I highly recommend her for your real estate needs.

Using Katie as our realtor was the best decision we have ever made. We were in a complicated situation with timing the selling of our old house to line up with building our new home. When the timeline kept getting pushed back with our builder, Katie expertly advised us when to put our house on the market and negotiated an unbelievable deal for us. Not only did we get $50k over asking, but we were also able to get a free rent back that helped fill the gap until we could close on our new house. We ended up having plenty of time to move out and into our new house with hardly any stress.

Katie also helped advise us with what inspections to get on our new house and was a great go-between with the sales rep and project manager for our new house. She always asked the questions that we were too afraid to ask, was in constant communication with us, and helped us feel comfortable every step of the way. Even now that the process is over, Katie has checked in with us to make sure that everything is going well. If you want a realtor that really cares about you and goes above and beyond, Katie is the way to go!

As a first time buyer in a new country I was especially lucky to find Gamble Realty and Katie in particular (also Bryan and Nina). Katie is not only a fantastic professional, but a great help and excellent explainer. She knows the business and the area inside-out. Whether my question was about tax discounts or the location of amenities she was back in a flash. She was able to point out things that I didn't know existed. Katie was extremely responsive and accessible in finding my family our rental property. It was truly fate finding her. She worked actively to finding us a rental property the same as if we were buying clients. Other agencies (agents) I worked with , you have to do all the searching and their response times were inconsistent. Whether buying or renting, timing is everything, and Katie is hands down the best. She actively helps with the searching and would send listings that she had visibility into that were not always showing on public sites; which was extremely helpful.
