About Katie

Katie has always had a strong work ethic and desire to help others. Katie has worked in the real estate industry since 1998. She started working for Group One Realty in Monroe, Louisiana, as a secretary. Here, she learned just how beneficial a REALTOR® could be and considered getting her license in the future. Before getting, Katie worked for other real estate agencies as an assistant and also for a home inspector in the Jackson Metro Area.

On May 18, 2007, Katie received her real estate license, and began her career as a REALTOR® alongside her husband, Stuart Warren, as a husband-and-wife team. she was President of Wind Dance Subdivision Homeowners Association in 2010 and President of the Livingston Subdivision Homeowners Association in 2013-2015.

Stuart opened Turn Key Properties in February 2014. Their first year with their new firm, Katie was recognized as the #1 sales in the Madison, Mississippi, area. Their company not only succeeds in selling real estate, but strongly believes in giving back and volunteering. Turn Key Properties enjoys volunteering at the Gateway Rescue Mission and Neighborhood Christian Center.

Katie is a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors® and Home Builders Association of Jackson. They live in Madison County and attend Apostolic Lighthouse Church in Canton. Katie have served as President, Vice-President, Treasurer, and a member of the Board of Directors for the Central Mississippi Realtors®. Katie is a 2019 graduate of Leadership MAR.
