In 1998, I moved from rural Lancaster County, PA, to attend the University of Pittsburgh—and I’ve proudly called the greater Pittsburgh area home ever since. As a former member of Pitt’s Cross Country and Track and Field teams, I’ve literally run through every nook and cranny of this city. After earning my law degree from Duquesne University School of Law, I bought my first home in Pittsburgh’s East End. Since then, my household has grown—from just me and my rescue dog to my husband, three kids, two dogs, and my mom. We eventually made the move to Hampton to better fit our growing family’s needs.
Because I’ve personally experienced both sides of a real estate transaction multiple times, I understand the emotions, logistics, and decisions that come with buying and selling a home. My goal is to make the process as smooth, informed, and rewarding as possible. For buyers, I want them to feel confident in their purchase so that their move is filled with anticipation as opposed to anxiety. For sellers, I want to make sure you’re realizing the greatest return for the investment of time, emotion and money that you’ve made over the years.
In addition to working with buyers, I also bring a strong track record of successfully helping sellers—crafting compelling listings, advising on home prep and pricing strategies, and negotiating strong deals. In 2025 alone, I helped 60 families sell their homes. My legal background gives me a distinct edge in contract review, attention to detail, and skilled negotiation—benefits I leverage for both my buyers and sellers.
