Katina is a wonderful human being and the most incredible realtor anyone could ask for! She goes over and above for her clients and acts like it is nothing! Five years ago, when I was still in college and my husband and I were just engaged, with only dimes to our name she worked hard to help us find a home that was beautiful and in our price range. She never pushed us to purchase outside of what we could afford, but also made sure we got something nice that we could be proud of. Now, she encourages us to see our value not just as homeowners but as people too. She constantly inspires us to look at how far we have come, praise the people we are and fights for us. As we start the next part of our journey, I know without a doubt she will sell the place we have called home for years and will find us the most beautiful home for us to grow and build in. I know this part of the journey is supposed to be scary and difficult, but Katina works so hard and steadfast, that the home buying/selling processes does not have to be. It is fun! She makes it feel safe, easy and WONDERFUL. We trust her entirely, and honestly you should too!!! Thank you for being the only person we would trust with this part of our journey!

Katina is the best to work with! During the crazy times of a pandemic, where homes would be listed and under contract within a single weekend Katina still made us feel as if we where her most important clients! She actually got to know what we liked and didn’t like in a home. She knew us like the back of her hand and would even go scout out homes without us, and know if it was worth our time to see them in person. There were so many times during the process where we felt so helpless due to the craziness of the market, but Katina was able to guide us through the rough waters, and actually calms us with her wisdom and expertise. We picked such a crazy time to sell our townhouse, and upgrade to a single family home, and there is no doubt without Katina guiding us every step of the way we would not be in our wonderful home we are today. Words cannot express how valuable and how lucky we were to have Katina, fighting for us, calming us, and actually caring about us during such a crazy time. This is our second time working with Katina, and we will never use anyone other then her! From the bottom of our hearts Katina we cannot thank you enough, and can never express how thankful we are to have you fighting for us.

I’m a fellow realtor in Colorado. I live on the Western Slope. I was working with a buyer that was moving to Montrose. He still needed to sell his home in the Englewood area. He is such a wonderful man but was having a hard time finding an agent that was “human” and cared about him, not just the sale. I found Katina through a shared coaching program and called her for an interview. I knew right away that she was the perfect match for my client.
