Kathy had our home sold before she could even put the for sale sign up, advised us what to fix and the photographer she used really brought out the house, and she helped us find a new home afterwards . Working with Kathy was phenomenal , she has a very good team & she even made the showings fun for my 3 year old daughter, made the whole process less stressful than it is , also she has very good recommendations for everything. Several years ago, Kathy helped us find our first home. She took all the time to make sure we were getting exactly what we were looking for. She was AMAZING, PATIENT and SO KNOWLEDGEABLE!! Our sale was closed 2 weeks ahead of schedule because Kathy is just that awesome!!
We recently inherited a home that is in need of a little TLC. So again, we decided to call Kathy to help us with the sale and again, she proved to be all the above! We closed the deal yesterday and I could not be happier. Kathy comes with a 5+ star rating from me, after working with her twice (so far!). She is seriously one of the very best out there. Being a first time homebuyer I wanted a realtor who was knowledgeable and would have my best interest at heart. Kathy went above and beyond, exceeding my expectations. She’s a great listener and made sure any questions I had were addressed. She went out of her way to look into things that myself, being a first timer, wouldn’t have known to ask. As a first time home buyer, I wasn't sure what I was getting myself into or how the process would go when I decided to move. Kathy came highly recommended by a family member. She made the entire process easy and pleasant from the beginning (with home searches) to the end (up to the closing and even after). She was always available and always responsive for ANY of my questions (I even had family members contacting her as well on my behalf). I felt strongly that she cared about me and my family, and wanted to find the "right" home for us. She never rushed or pressured us into making any decisions, and she actively communicated with all involved parties in order to get questions answered on the property. I ended up purchasing the highly sought after property thanks to Kathy. I am now proud to say - that within a 2 month time period - I am a first time home owner! I worked with many real estate agents starting back in 2009, looking for my dream home. I explained that I was in no hurry, I just needed to find what would work for me. Some agents stopped working with me and others showed their frustration while showing properties.
Before working with an agent I explained what I was looking for and the stipulations for the home. I am a person with a physical disability, eyes could see that I walk with two arm crutches and a long leg brace and would need some special accommodations.
I ask to be shown all on one floor homes, without hills, no high stairs and I would need an attached garage that I could walk into the home from.
I was taken to see homes split levels, high stairs in front and in the garage, yards that I could not walk on. Why would I buy a home that I would not be comfortable in.
In 2011 I was ready to give up and just continue to stay in my first floor rental property, when we met Katiria Chiluisa, Re/Max Right Choice. Katiria is very thorough and she understood my physical limitations, finally we was shown homes that would work for me, not just any home in hopes that I would love it so much that I would buy it even though physically it would not work for me.
Katiria found my dream home August 2011, and believe me it has more than I ever
thought possible, I believe it was God sent. I love it and everyone that visits loves it. I thank Katiria so much.
I can't think of any higher praise than to say that I would contract with Katiria Chiluisa, Re/Max Right Choice in a heartbeat. I trust her with my family, friends and acquaintances. She is the best when it comes to rentals, selling and buying property.
