Working with Katri to buy our home was the best decision we ever made. She's a fierce advocate for her clients, but she also went out of her way to make sure we were making an informed decision, not just an emotional one. We ended up with a home we love in a market that's notoriously hard to break into, and we can't ever imagine leaving. We definitely have Katri to thank for it.

Katri is an outstanding agent. I felt she really went above and beyond to make sure I found the condo I wanted and that the purchase process went smoothly. She is ardent and proactive without being pushy, and she continues to help me find contractors and keeps in touch. She even let me in to see a place late at night to assess nightlife noise. Couldn't recommend her more.

Katri is THE BEST! She has tremendous knowledge regarding the industry and its processes, is an excellent negotiator, and has your best interests at heart. This was my first time buying a home and Katri made the process not only stress-free, but easy and enjoyable. She is very responsive and always seems to know the answer to everything. She sets realistic expectations, is up front and honest, and ensures you have all the information needed in order to make an informed decision. It was a genuine pleasure working with Katri. We recently used Katri for the purchase of a home and the sale of a home, after having used her several years ago for the purchase of our first home.

Katri helped us find an amazing home in the toughest market for buyers in decades, and did so with her encyclopedic knowledge of real estate and the DMV area, her tireless work ethic, her (blazingly fast!) responsiveness, creativity, and deft negotiation touch. She also helped us navigate some questions / issues after our purchase with the same brilliance she did prior to our purchase.
