About Katrina

Katrina Washington was appointed to the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City’s Oklahoma City Branch Board of Directors in 2017 and has been the Branch chair since 2022. Ms. Washington is the owner of Stratos Realty Group in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Ms. Washington founded Stratos Realty in 2003. Since start of the business the company has grown to three locations, one in Oklahoma, one in Georgia, and one in Maryland. Ms. Washington has successfully closed over $250 million in residential and commercial transactions and managed portfolios of over $500,000,000. She is an approved real estate educator, director of the Cornerstone Real Estate Institute, and industry expert with more than 25 years of successful experience in real estate as a broker, property manager and investor. Ms. Washington devotes her time analyzing real estate markets across the country and helping clients and customers with a variety of residential and commercial real estate needs. Enthusiastic about empowering the underserved, Ms. Washington has long time relationships and partnerships with several local non-profit agencies whose missions promote education and stability as a means to achieve quality of life.

Ms. Washington has served on the Board of Directors for The Oklahoma Association of Realtors, the Oklahoma City Metro Association of Realtors, the Oklahoma Homebuyer Association and the OKCMAR Foundation. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Neighborhood Housing Services of Oklahoma, and the Urban League of Greater OKC (CHDO). A Certified Financial Educator, Ms. Washington runs the Center for Financial Wellness, a financial services company that supplies education in the areas of banking, credit, and homebuyer education. Ms. Washington is also a past member of the Community Development Advisory Council for the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. Ms. Washington is very active in the local community and enjoys traveling with her husband James, spending time with family decorating, and reading.
