Katy is an exceptional realtor. She is prompt with her responses, and stayed on top of everything during the entirety of my first time home buying journey. She was able to visit my dream condo on my behalf, and give me a virtual tour just within less than 2 hours of me identifying the property. She was very patient during the process, and took the time to explain key steps of the process to me. She was very helpful even after my closing, and went as far as to pick up items for me upon my arrival to the city. I highly recommend Katy for every and any real estate transaction, as I look forward to working with her again.

Katy is the BEST! As a first time home buyer I had little to no knowledge of the process.

But she was ALWAYS available to any questions I had and always ready to view the properties.

I had the pleasure of working with Katy Argueta as my realtor, in the short time she really gave me good advice on what I should be looking at to enhance the home, which things I should look at for inspection purposes and what the market for home sales was bearing in my neighborhood.
