Katy is AMAZING! I promise there isn't any exaggeration in that statement.
I met Katy during the pandemic in 2020. She helped me to purchase a vacant land , find multiple contractors, architect for property and obtaining all permits etc. Because of the challenges in building during thepeak of the Covid pandemic and other factors the building was postponed. The following year, Katy
then helped me to purchase a newly constructed home for myself mom and daughter . My mom suddenly passed, again unforseen circumstances occured. Katy was able to quickly sell that home and we had a substantial gain . One year later a week ago, Katy went above and beyond in selling a vacant land which was bitter sweet for me. This beautiful property was envision to be a family compound ,but because of various other family members medical challenges we sold it. Again, Katy Journeyed every step with patience, enthusiasm, professionalism and compassion . Never one moment forcing her opinions or been exhausted by our challenges.

Katy & Allie made selling our home a breeze. They offered simple helpful suggestions to enhance our curb appeal. They had the names of sub contractors to help assist with with minor repairs & touch ups. They communicated quickly & easily for scheduling open houses/viewings. They put together a beautiful online package showcasing our home expanding the reach of our home to more potential buyers.
Katy has also been ever so helpful in assisting us in purchasing other properties around Chatham County. She will work diligently to get you what you need.
If we ever need to sell another home or purchase a piece of land, Katy will be our 1st choice.
