Katy Smith

Katy Smith is a born and raised Tacoma native. After working at a local title and escrow company, she became an assistant to a successful and well-respected agent with more than 30 years in the industry. In 2005, Katy, obtained her real estate license and began her career as a full-time realtor. Her natural talents gave her a quick edge in helping her clients. Overtime, her skills have sharpened making her an exceptional negotiator, who professionally dedicates herself to building lifelong relationships with her clients while helping them reach their real estate goals. In her spare time, Katy, is actively involved in the swimming community. She swims daily; coaches age group, high school, and master’s swimmers; and competes well in pool, open water, and long-distance marathon swim events. The training necessary to place top three in the region and top ten in the nation requires hard work, self-motivation, and lots of dedication. This trait undoubtedly helps her serve her clients and community better. Additionally, she also enjoys bike riding, reading, cooking, entertaining and spending time with her dog Beau and cat Princess. Katy’s passion to serve her clients and community is evident in everything she does. Her business is built on repeat and referral business. She does this by holding herself to the highest standard and strives not only to meet but exceed the expectations of others. Her clients have continued to rely on her experience, knowledge and trusted resources throughout the constantly changing market.
