She moved to Peachtree City in Fayette County, Georgia from Dallas, Texas in July of 1995 with her husband Jim and their son Kyle. On the weekends when not busy with ballgames, school activities and all of life's fun activities, they looked at homes. It was a hobby they grew to love. In fact, if anyone of her friends were thinking of looking for a home, they would say "Call Kay" she's probably already seen it and can tell you all about it and they were right. Her hobby became a passion, and her passion became a reality. In the spring of 2003, she became a full time Realtor, and she has lived this passion for going on 19 years now.
She completed her pre & post licensed Real Estate course at the Better Homes & Garden Real Estate Metro Brokers Academy and in July of 2003 she was off and running. Her first full month in Real Estate, I was the top listing agent in our office. My first full year in Real Estate, she was one of the top sales agents in their office. This was no small feat but her hard work and dedication to listening to clients’ needs has kept her at the top of her game.
Education is the key to staying on top of this ever-evolving market. Since being licensed in 2003, she has received many additional education hours over, above and beyond the requirements.
