Kayden Hyson

Born and raised in Durango, Kayden is a fourth-generation resident. Kayden graduated from Durango High School and attended Fort Lewis College where he received a Bachelor’s in Business. Kayden has been involved with community organizations such as youth baseball, Durango Area Association of Realtors®, Mercy Health Foundation and many other programs he is passionate about. Currently, Kayden sits as the chairman of the Durango Areas Association of Realtors® Technology and Communications Committee. The committee is designed to support home buyers, sellers and Realtors® on the evolving environment of the tech-fueled real estate industry.

Kayden’s business focus includes residential homes, townhouses, condominiums, luxury homes and homesite, farm and ranch, residential new construction and development. Kayden’s passion for this career falls from his admiration of architecture and unique properties. Creating genuine, life-long friendships with clients and helping them achieve their real estate goals is just icing on the cake.
