Hi! I'm Kayla,, a seasoned real estate professional with a journey that spans over a decade in the industry. My adventure began in 2011 when I earned my real estate license and took on the role of a residential buyer's agent for a successful team in the metro Atlanta, GA area.

While navigating the intricacies of real estate transactions, I discovered my true passion was in the meticulous process of "buttoning up" deals once the contracts were signed. This realization led me to establish a highly successful transaction coordination company that served agents across multiple states and brokerages. Through this venture, I gained valuable exposure to various brokerages and other real estate agents like Brad and Mike Jones.

Brad, Mike and myself worked very well together and shared the same passion in helping families and individuals realize their real estate dreams or needs. We all derived great joy in helping others purchase or sell a home. Our business relationship eventually led to a business partnership with the opening of our own brokerage, U1Realty.

Beyond the world of real estate, I find joy in home renovations and custom built furniture. My family and I share a love for speed, spending quality time together riding go-karts, and nurturing our orchard in the picturesque Upstate, SC.
