I've know Kayla for a few years and can honestly say, we wouldn't have wanted anyone else to sell us our home. Kayla always kept us in the loop during each process and was always quick to respond to messages or phone calls. Kayla would also give her honest opinion on what should be considered a red flag when viewing homes and that advice alone was always appreciated.

We are beyond impressed with Kayla! She helped us quickly find the perfect second home that will allow us to live closer to my elderly parents (good bye Williamsburg hotels!). We met her once in person, laid out our criteria, and she shepherded us through the process like a pro! Her superstar qualities include excellent knowledge of the area, responsiveness, and providing a seamless customer experience. And let's talk negotiation skills! Our offer was well BELOW the list price and accepted without counter-offers. That's unheard of in this current "sellers' market," but Kayla made it work. I cannot recommend Kayla highly enough. Being a military couple trying to sell our house while out of state made for a complicated situation but Kayla handled everything promptly and professionally. She found contractors, negotiated on our behalf, kept us updated regularly. If I ever have friends moving to the Williamsburg area, Kayla will be my sole recommendation for a fantastic agent.

Kayla helped us buy a home 100% remotely! She worked so hard for us ensuring that everything ran smoothly. When homes popped up that we were interested in she didn’t hesitate to book a showing and immediately get over to the house.
