Before Real Estate: BILL, originally from Texas, moved to Cedar Rapids at a young age and has been dedicated to helping others ever since. He began his career as a mortgage broker before transitioning to the automotive industry, where he served as General Manager for four dealerships across the Midwest. Returning to real estate has been a long-held dream, and Bill is excited to bring his expertise back to the industry.
KAYLA is a native of Odebolt, Iowa (small-town girl!). She attended Simpson College, where she played collegiate golf and earned a degree in Exercise Science. Her career took an unexpected turn when she joined the automotive industry, spending nearly 12 years at Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealerships in Iowa and Michigan. As Director of Finance, Kayla gained valuable experience in leadership, client relations, and strategic decision-making – skills that now drive her success in real estate.

Outside of Real Estate: They love anything outdoors – sporting events, farmers markets, you name it. They’re also big fans of comedies, spending time with family & their puppy, and of course, traveling. Their bucket list is to hit all 50 states!
