My wife and I have undertaken multiple corporate moves with a Fortune 50 company. While moving to Philadelphia and then to Chicago, we worked with twenty of the very best realtors in these markets. Kayla , a very likable person, is at least as good as the best of these realtors, and in some significant ways exceeds them. First of all, she LISTENS to the client. She does not insert her own beliefs into the client’s wishes. Second, she is a first class COMMUNICATOR. In both selling our rather large home and then in helping us find and buy the small condo we needed she communicated just what we wanted and needed. It is a fine line between calling the client too much and not calling them enough. In both instances she excelled in finding this line. Third, she is a consummate PROFESSIONAL and a tireless worker. Most realtors just toss together comps for the client, but Kayla did her homework and brought us really useful comps to help us decide what we wanted to do. USE KAYLA!

Kayla Ovenell exceeded all of my expectations during the home selling process in terms of professionalism and attention to detail. She showed real dedication and I had complete confidence that she was working for my best interests. She was very organized and communicated with me through each step of the process, answering my calls and texts with patience and thoroughness (I had a lot of questions!). I felt well taken care of through the entire experience and I can't recommend Kayla highly enough. If you need a realtor in the Henderson/Buncombe county area, you won't find anyone better than her!
