Kayla did an amazing job finding my parents their home. My parents had an extremely unique situation and Kayla did everything right to take care of their needs. She was available whenever they needed her, supported them when they had fears or hesitations, and above all else reassured them that she will find their home. She was extremely committed to take on this challenge and she made the entire process run smoothly and efficiently. She was patient, kind, and very caring. I would not trust any other realtor to take care of my family as much as I trusted her.

We were very happy working with Kayla. When we first started looking for an realtor in the Fresno area and called them up, some were not very nice or professional. Like we should be thankful they picked up the phone. Kayla was professional and answered all our questions, which set our minds at ease. I think honest was what stuck out the most to us as she just didn’t tell us what we wanted to hear.

Although she has other clients she kept her promise and made us feel Like were her only ones. She was responsive all throughout the process and was always looking to problem solve when issues arose with the property or seller. We closed on time all thanks to her. Thanks Kayla!

We were first time home buyers in the worst market ever and had it not been for Kayla we would have been defeated. We used another realtor prior and it was a disaster. Multiple offers on multiple houses and nothing working out. Kayla was a night and day different story. Any house I wanted to view she made it happen. We placed one offer on the house we wanted and we got it! It was competitive with multiple offers over asking price including ours and she made our offer not only competitive but functional for both buyer and seller. She is professional, knowledgeable, honest and reliable. Any time I had a question or doubt she was there for me no matter the time! Her positivity is what got us through our escrow closing as it did not go smoothly (due to the sellers situation). Kayla is there to advocate for her clients and truly cares. I highly highly recommended Kayla and would not use anyone else! She will get the job done!

When it came to looking at houses, Kayla explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer, escrow, appraisals, contingency gaps to closing. I have known Kayla for over 20 years and to have a friend by your side through the house selling/buying process was great! She knew exactly what we wanted and got it for us!
