My husband and I were first time home buyers. I found Kayla by surfing Instagram and seeing all of her success. At the time we were starting through a different lender and told her we would reach out back to her when we were ready to purchase. Three years later she connected us with her lender and they were able to get us 90K more money and we purchased a brand new home!!! Kayla is awesome and very knowledgeable. Exellent experience purchasing a home with Kayla Rogers. Kayla was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had during this process. Took a while to find the right home, but Kayla went above and beyond showing me listing after listing in the area. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Kayla Rogers. As my apartment rent began to increase and crime rate started rising, I found the need and desire to purchase a house. When making such a large decision, I wanted to work with someone I could trust.

Kayla made the home buying process one worth going through. From our first initial meeting to the closing table Kayla was there every step of the way. Kayla is fantastic ! She was able to quickly find a buyer for our first home. She told us exactly when we should list the house and at what price point. She then went out of her way to make sure we were able to find the house that we needed. Being from out of state it is tough to put an offer on a house site unseen. Kayla quickly booked a showing and FaceTime’d us as she walked through the house highlighting not only great things about the house but also the things that needed work. We were able to strike a great deal and purchase our second home! Thank you !! Highly recommended!!
