Kayla Sisson

I’m a Reno native, real estate agent, and former small business owner with a deep love for this community and the people in it. I was born and raised right here in Reno and graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno, which further deepened my connection to the area. After owning and operating JoStella Coffee in Midtown for over six years, I transitioned fully into real estate - bringing that same relationship-first approach into every client experience.

Over the past 5+ years, I’ve been trusted by more than 140+ clients to buy and sell homes across Reno and the surrounding areas. I specialize in working with first-time buyers, move-up buyers, sellers, relocations, and clients who want a clear, guided experience, whether that’s purchasing a primary home, investing, or preparing a home for the market.

My approach is equal parts strategy and support. From pricing and negotiations to inspections and timelines, I pride myself on being detail-oriented, communicative, and proactive - making sure my clients feel confident every step of the way.

What sets me apart is my local knowledge and real-life experience. I’ve personally purchased investment properties, navigated the buying process during major life milestones, and work closely with a trusted network of lenders, contractors, and local professionals to help my clients make informed decisions.
