Kayla Stazenski

Growing up a general contractor's daughter, Kayla has always been fascinated with people and the relationships they have with their homes. In 2003 at the age of 20, she decided to move into the family trade of uniting families with their dream homes! Working in all areas of the business from residential home buyers, subdivision development, condo conversions, and commercial. Kayla quickly became a very well-rounded agent in a fast-paced market.

In 2010 she moved to the San Francisco Bay area. There she obtained a California real estate agent license and started a new adventure learning the business in the high-end luxury market of Palo Alto and the Silicon Valley.

Being a fifth-generation Prescottonian, Kayla could only stay away from her true home for so long. Returning in 2013 to Prescott to sell this land she loves, gave her a newfound affection for the remarkable industry she gets to be a part of every day.

Teaming with Realty Executives Arizona Territory was a decision based on
more than just numbers, it was about the culture of the company and the leadership team. A place you want to go to every day. A space of positive energy and like-minded, helpful, lively people. Kayla is highly active in her community, sits on the board of directors for the Yavapai CASA for Kids Foundation, is a volunteer with the Arizona Crisis Team (ACT), and is an advocate for shopping locally to help the small business owners in town!

When asked where she sees herself in ten years, Kayla responded "Real estate is all I've ever done, while I continuously work on expanding my business I also focus on helping my fellow realtors grow and succeed in their businesses as well. I just can't imagine doing anything I would love more with my time".
