I can't even begin to express my appreciation for this woman. She has been very helpful, informative, and transparent with us through every step of the homebuying process. We are first-time home buyers and this was a world of unknown to us. So having Kayla explain a lot to us every step of the way was very helpful. We felt like she was always in our corner and she was very active and aggressive about finding a lot of homes in a very competitive market. If we ever move again I 100% plan on using her again over anyone else in the area.

When we were making offers and hoping for the best to get one accepted Kayla told us that she was a big believer in "If it is meant to be, it will".

I reached out to Kayla when needing to sell my childhood home after my father’s sudden death and find a house closer to me for my mother. I had very limited experience with the housing market, but I knew it was competitive and was terrified about how to proceed.

Kayla was incredible. She was patient. She listened as we found things we liked and didn’t like about certain homes. And I felt confident that she was always going to bat for us in the proposal and bidding process.

My goal was to have my mom settled by the end of September, and Kayla made it happen. By the end of the Fall, Kayla had sold their house and had my mom in her new home.

In this crazy market, you need an advocate, a warrior but also a friend. And Kayla was all of those things. I will never sell or buy another home without her guidance.

We were very fortunate to have Kayla Yarbrough as our realtor estate agent. She worked patiently with us to find us the perfect home in a very busy seller’s market. We looked at several homes before she found the right home for us in Chelsea. She listened to our wants and needs and really delivered with a home that had all we wanted: space, land, a shed, and charm. She also sold our home for us in less than 3 weeks. She went above and beyond with professional and ariel view pictures of our home on the MLS, had an open house, and a cash offer with backup offers. What I liked most about Kayla was her prompt responsiveness and communication style. I highly recommend her and will use her if we ever move again in the future.
