Kayleigh is amazing! We had to sell my dads house suddenly after a health condition and she was absolutely amazing. She helped in so many ways. From coordinating getting the keys before it was even listed so that we could access the house after a LATE flight, to meeting the moving company onsite and the donation company. Then moving all of the extra items to the curb to coordinate a bulk item pickup since we were so far away! I just cannot possibly express how grateful I am to have had Kayleigh as our realtor. I would recommend her to anyone looking in the Virginia Beach area for a realtor that makes your transaction personal!

I don’t know where to begin. If you are relocating to VA Kayleigh is YOUR agent. She is your eyes, ears, advocate and voice. You will have NO worries if Kayleigh is your agent. She worries NOT about her commission in fact she was willing to sacrifice a portion of her commission because of a crazy unfair market. I absolutely would not allow that as it was not in any way her fault. I share that to say she goes above and beyond for her clients. I will forever be touched by her caring, 100%quality A-1 service as I moved from PA to Chesapeake VA. Believe me I was no easy client by Kayleigh stood shoulder to shoulder with me until the closing and beyond. I recently bought the house of my dreams and I have Kayleigh to thank for that. I am a first time home buyer and was really nervous about buying a house, finding the right relator, and dealing with all of the money stuff. A handful of my friends have recently bought houses and I kept hearing all of the horror stories about the process and it turned me away from buying. At this point I had been browsing houses on the internet and came across Prodigy Realty and filled out a form online saying that I was interested in buying. Shortly after filling out that form Kayleigh contacted me. From the first conversation with Kayleigh it seemed so easy. She took the time to talk me through all of the aspects of buying a house, she worked crazy hours to help find the perfect house for me, and she was with me through the whole process. I remember when we first started looking at houses she said “Your first home usually isn’t your forever home. It is a starting place”. Throughout the house hunting process we would look at houses, put in offers, and repeat. One night I got a text message from Kayleigh about the house that I currently own and I said “I love this house. Can we look at it?” Kayleigh immediately made connections and squeezed a walk through of the house in. When we signed the papers and I closed on the house I could not believe that it was real. I never thought that my house buying experience could be so amazing and that I could find a house with everything that I want in it but Kayleigh made that happen. I am so thankful to have had Kayleigh with me during this process. Thank you! =)

If you are looking for an agent that is attentive to your needs, Kayleigh is your girl. Her expertise in negotiations is what wins the contract, and she knows exactly how to navigate this crazy market. She is there every step of the way, and answers almost everytime I call. If I don't catch her, she gets back to me within minutes. Her list of resources goes on and on, from lenders, contractors, insurance providers, attorneys, home warranty people, ......everytime I reach out about a new need, she has an answer.
