Kaylin Culver’s real estate career has been multifaceted, well-rounded, and on a quick trajectory. After working in various sales and marketing positions for over 10 years, Kaylin started a career in selling timeshare properties. This experience allowed her to hone her sales, customer service, and negotiating skills which helped in her real estate career tremendously. Kaylin began actively selling real estate in 2016 and is now licensed to sell in California & Washington state. Because she has worked on all sides of the real estate business, Kaylin has a unique perspective that greatly benefits her clients.

Kaylin is hardworking, efficient, and always responsive, though she’s known for her friendly and lighthearted demeanor, Kaylin is not timid about getting the most for her clients. Kaylin understands that when clients don’t have to worry about tedious tasks that go into selling or buying a home, they can focus on the exciting part of a home sale.

Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Kaylin earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on marketing from Warner Pacific College in Portland. Her career brought her to the Lake Tahoe area where she and her family enjoy exploring the beautiful Sierra Nevadas.
