With extensive experience as a former teacher of hearing-impaired students, then as a campus administrator of a K-6 school, and as an educational consultant, she brings a unique perspective of expertise, collaboration, and education to her clients.

Originally born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, she relocated to Dallas-Fort Worth to attend Texas Christian University where she competed in track & field. She is the mother of two children and has been married to her husband Torrey for 16 years.
