Keely and her team went above and beyond to get us into a beautiful home on the water (a dream we never thought could happen). This had to be a fast transaction for it to work and they made it happen!!!
Through their extensive networking and buyer/seller relationships, they found a buyer for our home within a week before it even hit the multi-list.

Keely and her staff were very accommodating when we arrived at their office last year to check into our summer rental. They went out of their way to guide us in the right direction and Keely even accompanied us to the rental and helped us move our gear in and do a last minute job there. We were very impressed with our accommodations (rented without a personal visit). We are renting there again this coming summer. I would recommend dealing with Keely and her staff.

Both transactions were very smooth as she performed up-front analysis upon receiving offers to ensure both buyers were adequately qualified.
