I’m a first time homebuyer and was completing this process while in another city. I had my family book a viewing of the house while I was on FaceTime and Keisha was so warm and inviting with them. She continued to be kind throughout the entire experience and I appreciate how she listened and communicated anything that I needed clarity on.
