We used Keith to sell a rental property in Sunriver. He was very professional throughout the entire process. He provided local insight on rental home pricing which allowed us to identify a price range we were comfortable with and we had offers within that range within two weeks. We successfully closed a deal within two months of listing the property, helped in large part by Keith's stewardship of the entire process. He kept us up to date on transaction status and was always responsive if we called or e-mailed. It took a very long time to locate a property that was both in our price range, and matched our needs. That was partly because our plans sort of evolved as we learned more about the area. After contacting him cold through an online listing and a few weeks exchanging several emails, Keith set up potential vacation properties for us to view on a weekend visit from Medford ala house hunters. At the time the market was coming back to life; two of the properties he planned to show went pending in 24hrs. Undaunted, he recommended one particular property and it was the One. He made the process of buying the easiest we have ever experienced and has been there for us since. Our place in River Meadows suits us perfectly and will be enjoyed by generations. On a rainy Saturday in Portland, Keith sent over some listings for my husband and I to review. By noon, we were in our car headed over the pass to meet with Keith and tour properties. Even though we gave him little warning, he was prepped and ready to go...we spent a day and a half looking at homes before we settled on our 'gem'. Keith's knowledge of the area, including Three Rivers, helped us understand what property would best suit our needs. He made the experience quick, easy, and most of all - successful. We are SO impressed with his knowledge of the area, trends, and the people involved. Keith didn't leave us when it was over. He to this day jumps when we call to fix whatever the question is, whether it be referrals to agencies, where to find something, who to talk to. One day we were trying to move a large piece of furniture and decided to hire it done so I called Keith for a referral.
