About Keith

Keith believes your interests and desires should be front and center in all areas of the real estate transaction. To achieve this, he starts by determining your needs and motivations.

If you are selling, why do you need to sell your home? Do you want to upgrade to a larger property? Are you an empty nester? Are you going through a financial hardship?

If you are buying, is this your first home purchase? How long do you plan to live in the home? Are you purchasing the property as an investment?

From there, Keith develops a plan to help you achieve your individual goals. He is passionate about helping you make the right decisions to meet your goals. He will educate you about the local market and use the latest technology to keep you informed about any changes that may affect your home purchase or sale. Once he gets to the negotiating table, he will advocate on your behalf and ensure your interests are represented to your satisfaction.

Since 1989, Keith has been actively involved in the San Diego real estate market. Originally from Michigan, he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Marketing from Michigan State University. He then moved to San Diego in 1986 to attend California Western School of Law. He fell in love with the city and has lived here ever since.

In 1995, he became a broker and started The Roby Company Real Estate Brokerage. Since then, Keith has helped hundreds of people buy and sell homes. In the more than thirty years he has been in the industry, he has weathered many a market shift and still believes that real estate is a great investment – he is an avid investor, too! His personal motto is to be forward thinking, no matter what the market.

When he is not busy selling real estate, Keith and Stacy enjoy listening to live music around town (including their favorite performer, their youngest daughter Hannah), walking the neighborhood with their dog, and loving life in Poway. They also visit their three other daughters often.
