About Keith

Born and raised in Ho-Ho-Kus, N.J., Keith Rosazza knows Bergen County real estate better than most. In short, Keith is a top-producing realtor who offers a unique mix of neighborhood knowledge and marketing expertise key to linking buyers and sellers.

Keith started his real estate career in 2003 and over those 15 years has received many industry awards, including the coveted Circle Of Excellence Sales Award for several years running. He is continually incorporating new technology and new ways of doing things to improve performance and deliver results. In addition to his past experience in construction and speculative investment, Keith is an Accredited Buyers Representative and Certified Negotiations Expert.

Keith came up through the Ho-Ho-Kus public schools’ system and attended Don Bosco Prep High School in Ramsey, where he played lacrosse. From Ramapo College, Keith joined National Discount Brokers, which later became TD Ameritrade, as an investment consultant. After several years, he left Wall Street to become a professional firefighter.

Keith graduated from the renowned Bergen County Fire Academy in Mahwah and has served on the Hackensack Fire Department for the past 19 years, where he was promoted to Captain in 2014. He is also served on the Ho-Ho-Kus Volunteer Fire Department for 23 years, including the past year as the department’s Chief.

Keith and his wife Aja, a Ho-Ho-Kus elementary school teacher, have two kids: a son who is three and a daughter who is six. When he is not working or with his family, Keith volunteers for Autism Awareness and Ho-Ho-Kus Boy Scout Troop 54, where he attained Eagle Scout as a teen. His primary philanthropic passion, though, is Homes For Our Troops, which builds custom homes specially adapted for severely injured post-9/11 veterans. Keith donates a portion of his real estate commissions to the charitable organization to help veterans in need.

Keith has worked in real estate for nearly two decades. He started in property speculation before transitioning to home renovation and development, and property management. As a sales associate, Keith leans on his deep experience in all aspects of the real estate industry to deliver exceptional service to buyers and sellers alike – whether you are a first-time home buyer just starting out or an experienced seller looking to divest an investment property.
