Kelcey was born and raised in Hudson, New York, and splits her time between Hudson and Manhattan. She graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Barnard College of Columbia University with a BA in European Studies.

Outside of real estate, Kelcey rescues stray dogs from Puerto Rico. She has two adorable pups of her own, and continually fosters an additional dog and places them in forever homes.
