Kelle was absolutely fantastic! She has helped me out with two properties, one selling and one purchasing and she has been an absolute pleasure to work with both times. She's always quick to respond to any questions or concerns (and I had quite a few as a first time homebuyer!) and her attention to detail made the entire process efficient enough to close in 30 days. We worked with the mortgage partner and title company she partners with as well, which made the process very smooth as well. You can't get better help for buying a home in Hampton Roads than Kelle Foster!

Kelle worked with me for 6 months to find the house that met my needs. Kelle was available, straightforward, and 'no pressure'. She has excellent communication skills and a good sense of humor. On each property, she pointed out the good and the bad and did not push me to make a decision. I am very happy with the house I chose and Kelle helped to make the negotiations/closing easier. Her experience was invaluable with all the inspections and each step of the closing procedures. Awesome realtor!
