About Kelley

A graduate of Western Kentucky University, Kelley has spent the majority of the last 30 years of her life in the Bowling Green community. She started her real estate career in 2015 when she decided it was time to return to full time work after being a stay-at-home mom for many years. It's a decision she's never regretted! She's an active member of the REALTOR Association of Southern Kentucky (RASK) serving on the Executive Committee of the RASK Board of Directors for 6 years including a position as President of the association in 2023.

She obtained her Real Estate Broker license in 2019 in response to her desire to become a stronger support for fellow Real Estate Agents and co-opened EXIT Realty Thoroughbred in 2020. Today, she continues to grow both her personal Real Estate career as well as the careers of other agents in her office. With a Broker's license in both Kentucky and Tennesse, Kelley's main objective in Real Estate is to serve the public and fellow agents with the upmost level of professionalism and strives to instill that same philosophy in other Real Estate professionals as well.
