Kelley helped my husband and I buy both of our homes. The first house we found on the first day and it made buying a house seem like cake. The second house took a little longer because we were able to be a little more picky. She found us an AMAZING deal on a beautiful home that was being sold by a bank. From what I hear buying homes from a bank can be lengthy and a nightmare. Within a month we were moving in to our new home. The bank tried to give us a little trouble but Kelley took care of it and really came through for us. I would recommend her to ANYONE (and I have recommended her to many of my friends) who is looking to buy a home. Kelley takes care of you and always has her buyers best interest at heart. We love her!

My experience with Kelly Rollins was an excellent experience. This was my first time buying a home. I didn't know what to do or what to expect. I had work with a couple agents before that was a stressful experience. She made the process, easy, fast, and educated me on many things. She handle my home inspection and more. I will recommend her highly and she will be the only agent I will use. Thank you Kelly for every thing.

We chose Kelley Rollins as our selling agent because she was a Remax agent (primary reason) and based on a referral from a friend. We were selling our fourth primary residence and had learned years ago that the best agents were Remax agents. The best value Kelley added to our sale was this. We had her walk through every space and tell us what imperfections would distract a homebuyer from seeing the house that way we did. The list was big, but that was OK. For example, unfinished trim work in the basement, an outside door that needed carpentry work, out-of-style light fixtures, old countertops, etc. We addressed everything on that list and sold our house in 7 days at full price. What we also liked about Kelley was that she wasn't pushy, always easy to get in touch with by phone or text, and very organized with the paperwork, scheduling, and business of selling our house.
