Kelley Runzi

With a combined 25 years of real estate experience, Kelley and Chad Runzi currently serve the St. Louis area, specializing in Chesterfield and Wildwood. They established K.C. Bailey Realty in Dallas, TX, and its success allowed them to return to St. Louis to be close to family. They are excited to be back home, raising their 2 children surrounded by loved ones. They hope to hear from you and look forward to helping you with your home sales and purchasing needs.


Chad graduated with a Master of Business Administration degree from Washington University and has also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Missouri – Rolla. He holds a Broker's license in Missouri and is also a licensed Salesperson in Texas. He has worked extensively in the building materials and mining industries and has worked in a corporate environment to financially evaluate capital investments, divestments, and acquisitions, including the purchase / lease / sale of property, mineral rights and lease contract valuation, and commercial leases.

Kelley graduated from UNC-Charlotte in 1996 and holds a Broker license in NC, TX and MO. She has helped numerous families purchase and sell their homes, including new construction and resales. Both Kelley & Chad strive to make your home transition a stress-free and enjoyable experience.
