About Kelli

Representing the Tristate area homeowners and future homeowners, Kelli Dillard-Brannon is committed to listening to her clients' needs and utilizing her keen negotiating skills to ensure a successful transaction.

A lifelong resident of Geneva County, she was born and raised on a small 100-acre family farm between Hartford and Black where values were instilled into her by her Grandfather who was a peanut farmer, who also raised cattle, hogs, and chickens, and her Grandmother, who was a homemaker and taught her how to manage a home. The family farm and a hard day's work were passed through generations to her, and Kelli now have a small herd of Angus cattle. This lifelong residency leverages her enthusiasm and expertise, enhancing her client dedication.

Kelli graduated from Geneva County High School in 1990 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Troy University Dothan in 1997 with emphasis in computer science and accounting. In 2003, she obtained a certificate in Real Estate and began a career in real estate and later took her entrepreneurial spirit and passion and became the owner and operator of Dothan Real Estate Team in 2010. Kelli is an active member of the Dothan Area Chamber of Commerce and have completed Leadership Dothan in 2014. She is also President of the Hartford Area Chamber of Commerce and is empowered and inspired about the businesses, nonprofits, community involvement and growth for Hartford to prosper. Her community involvement includes, but is not limited to, volunteering with SARCOA, being a lifelong member at Pondtown United Methodist Church, a member of Hartford Civic Club, and a member of Bulldog Club. She is married to Todd Brannon, and they have one daughter, Skyler Brannon.

In 2020, Kelli embarked on a new and exciting venture by opening TriState Realty. This opportunity has let her dedicate her undevoted time to her family and clients. She is outgoing, thorough, and detail-oriented, and she will be alongside you every step of the way.
