What is the value of trust? There is no dollar value on peace of mind.
Kellie -having you in our corner as our real estate agent gave me peace of mind because I have absolute trust in you. I was not able to view the houses in person- you were my eyes and ears. You dealt with my family members and communicated seamlessly across multiple time zones. Real estate transactions are big ticket items. We knew that you were watching out for us and treating us as one of your own and that reduced our stress. We trusted you to guide us and that trust was well placed and well rewarded in negotiations. We enjoyed working with Kellie to downsize our home. She and her support team helped us put our house of 23 years into the best light possible, marketed it with good data enabling us to receive a quick full-price offer. She helped us complete the sale by identifying competent contractors to take care of the things our 95 year old home needed done to close the deal. On the purchase side, she patiently showed us a dozen or more homes, learning our desires and preferences along the way, and then once we’d selected a home, helped us through that purchase process competently and efficiently. All of this was in the summer of 2020 under the cloud of Covid. Kellie managed all of the showings of our home and visits to others using clean, safe protocols making us feel very comfortable. Overall a great experience.

Our experience with Kellie Jenkins was top-notch from our first meeting to the final closing. We met Kellie many years ago at an Open House. We were not thinking about listing, but knew, when we were, we would list with her. Over the years she checked in with us, sent us comps from our neighborhood, and informed us to the market and value of our home. Years later we reached out to her to list our property. We liked her strategies, she listened to our ideas, and we were part of the process. Because of our constant contact, and our trust in her, we quickly agreed on a price, and a marketing plan. Kellie gave us great advice on staging our home, her photos and description of our home were spot on. We had six offers, all above our asking price. She superbly coordinated all showings, offers, inspection, resolutions, and closing. We couldn't be more pleased. Kellie was absolutely fantastic through both a home purchase and then a sale 7 years later. She was calm and professional throughout, dealing with some major surprises with alacrity and aplomb. She provided just the right amount of input, answering our questions without imposing her perspective on this very personal decision. Her experience is a huge plus for new buyers and sellers, in particular, as it is a daunting process. She has great contracting connections, too, which is valuable. She is also impressively responsive in communications - far more than I would expect. So, in short, highly recommended.
