After going through and interviewing about a dozen realtors (I'm very fussy) I decided to go with Melissa and it turned out to be a great decision. She was a true professional in the sale of our home. She understands the market, knows what buyers are looking for and offers her extensive knowledge on how to best position your home for sale. Over a year ago early 2020 at the very beginning of the pandemic my Husband and I had thoughts of selling our home we loved at the time (because we were just simply out growing it) and buying a new one. Kellie had came over gave us her professional opinion, we gave her our list of wants and needs to get us to move, she made it feel so simple. Because of the pandemic my husband and I had our reserves to move at that time.
