Kelly Adams

Kelly has been a resident of the beautiful Carson Valley for the past 13 years! She moved here from the San Francisco Bay Area, where she was born and had spent her entire life up until they moved here. It did not take long to get used to almost never sitting in a traffic jam, and spending summers on the beautiful, sandy beaches and in the clear waters of Lake Tahoe! They moved to provide their youngest son a more wholesome childhood and they enjoyed watching him grow up here. Last year he graduated and is now serving in the Army and is stationed in Germany. During her time as a realtor, she received "Rookie of the Year" in her office in 2013. She was also asked to speak on a the "Rising Stars" panel at a Real Estate Training Event and enjoyed sharing her enthusiasm and practical advice with her fellow Realtors. She was awarded the honor of becoming part of the Executive Circle of Realtors at Intero, for meeting a certain level of sales starting in 2017 and every year since! The most important and rewarding piece of being a realtor, to her, is working with people. She enjoys helping people locate the home of their dreams or sell their home and move on to their next phase of life. She really enjoys helping Vets (as her husband is a Vet) and first-time homebuyers, and she feels that she really connects with people coming to Nevada from out of state, as her family and she did. She has been married to her husband, Crist, a retired Military Veteran, for the past 21 years. Between them they have four boys ranging in age from 18-30 and recently added a daughter-in-law and two grandsons! She loves participating in many of the hometown community events like the Parade of Lights at Christmas, or riding with her husband up to Street Vibrations in Reno in the summer! It is also nice to live in this low stress environment, where she can find the time to just sit on her front porch and watch the many amazing sunsets over the Sierra's!
