There are not enough superlatives to define the quality and level of service that I received from Kelly and Mike Ball. They were extremely valuable assets from the very beginning of our interaction. They made recommendations on minor home improvements to improve the value of my house. They aided me in making sure the house was prepared and staged properly. Once an offer was received, their team of associated contractors we’re incredibly valuable assets in allowing me to be ready for closing.To say that I recommend them with highest regard and without reservations does not truly serve sufficient for all of their preparation, labor and dedication to me as an individual customer and to the sale itself.

Kelly is an amazing real estate agent. She keeps you updated on the real estate market in the Wichita metro area and provides quality data in determining a sale price. After selling our home and purchasing the new one, Kelly remained involved above and beyond the closing dates to make sure all documents/requirements/etc. were finalized accurately and met all of our needs. Kelly is truly head and shoulders above any agents we have used in the past and we would highly recommend her.
