Kelly Chin

Kelly has been in Real Estate since 2004. He is very experienced in representing both buyers and sellers along with being deeply knowledgeable in new construction and REO’s (Bank Owned Properties).

He has grown his business over the years by mostly referrals as his focus is on exceptional customer in honest and fair communication, loyalty, and knowledge. These have been the key factors to his success.

He grew up in Salem, OR and graduated from the University of Oregon in 1998 with a degree in psychology and a minor in biology. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors, many different sports, especially golf and tennis. He is an avid University of Oregon football and basketball fan and enjoys reading in his downtime.
