My sister and I worked with Kelly to buy our first 2-family property. As first time home buyers we had no idea where to even begin and Kelly was the absolute BEST! She helped educate us throughout the entire home buying process, answering all of our questions and providing guidance wherever we needed it. Kelly continues to advise us now (post-purchase) whenever we have questions about renting out our second unit, and that is a true testament to how much she cares about her clients and seeing them find continued success in their new home. Kelly was referred to us by our attorney and we can’t thank her enough for helping us sell our long-time family home. She is a consummate professional who has her ‘finger on the pulse’ of the market and was so wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Kelly Crowley of Keller Williams Elite as a real estate agent. Her friendly and enthusiastic nature, coupled with her years of expertise and knowledge, made our home buying experience as stress free as possible.

Kelly, who was well aware of our urgency to relocate, found a house meeting our specifications and immediately scheduled a showing within two days. Within a week, we had submitted a bid, and successfully negotiated a price.

Kelly is an amazing realtor. We first reached out to her to help our parents find a townhouse in the Attleboro area (she was recommended to us by a neighbor).

Almost a year later, we ended up asking her to help us sell our own home. As it was our first time selling, Kelly was the perfect realtor. She explained each and every step, made sure our home was perfect for viewing, and went above and beyond to ensure that the process was as seamless as it could be. My experience with Kelly was EXTRAORDINARY. She is fastidious and communicates her actions and the current status of the situation in ways that insure no action or requirement is overlooked. She regularly performed services such as meeting with contractors to take care of issues that would have required me to commute for over an hour each way - MUCH time saved.

Kelly was highly recommended to us by a friend and she delivered above and beyond our expectations. Kelly is very organized, transparent, and passionate about her work. We started the process with her 3 years ago when we started casually looking for a bigger home in town. In the beginning Kelly never pressured us to pursue anything we were not interested in. When we found "the one" which popped up at an unexpected time, she worked hard to get our offer accepted in a very competitive situation. From there we had to quickly prepare our house for sale. Throughout this process she communicated constantly and thoroughly, always ensuring our questions were answered. Our home ended up receiving multiple competitive offers within 48 hours of the listing being posted and eliminated the need for an open house. She kept the process organized by sending us weekly updates of everything that needed to be completed on both our buy and sell side by the close date. We found it incredibly valuable that she provides honest, objective advice without telling us what to do, allowing us to make our own well informed decisions that we were comfortable with. Although buying and selling a home are never without complications, because of her constant attention and communication, it went as well as it could.

I will absolutely go to Kelly for anything real estate in the future and recommend her to everyone looking for a realtor they can trust.

Kelly helped us get our dream home! My boyfriend and I met Kelly when we attended an open house for one of her listings. We had been searching for homes without an agent for about a year with no success. As first-time home buyers without an agent, it was very difficult for us to navigate the home buying process alone. We were not signed with an agent mainly because we were distrustful that an agent would have our best interests in mind. We had just gotten out of a seemingly endless 'subject to suitable housing' agreement, and were feeling discouraged and defeated with the home buying process.

In our first short conversation, we were so impressed with Kelly's knowledge about real estate law, and felt that she was invested in us, our story, and finding us our dream home. By signing with Kelly, we had a reliable person that could answer all of our questions without making us feel naïve or like we didn't know what we were doing. Kelly attended countless open houses with us, and always showed us houses that were within our price range and that fit the description of what we wanted. She always kept the energy high and was excited to be looking at houses with us. After a while of searching and putting in several other offers, Kelly helped us find our dream house! The house is everything we wanted and more! We are so happy in our house and are so thankful to Kelly for helping us get here.

Buying a house is certainly about trust. Kelly has guided my wife and I though through three home sales and two purchases and she would be our first call should we want to move again. We liked her so much that we have referred family members to her who have completed transactions. It was clear from first meeting Kelly at an open house she was hosting that she truly enjoys connecting people with homes and we have learned over the years that Kelly is a true advocate for her clients. Some of our transactions had issues and Kelly was there every step of the way with advice and contacts to get jobs done quickly and correctly. We truly cannot recommend her enough. I personally do not find the home buying/selling experience enjoyable, but Kelly certainly does and it shows.

We first met Kelly after she had sold another house in our neighborhood. We had been debating listing our house as a For sale by Owner because the market was so good for sellers at the time. Listing with Kelly was the best decision we could have made. She gave us great advice for getting our house ready to show, had a photographer take beautiful photos and made our open houses super quick and painless for us. We met Kelly by happenstance, she was the selling agent for a house we went to see last fall. We had been working with another realtor a little bit but had such a great first impression of Kelly that we decided to work with her instead. We were looking at homes in the fall but took a break during the winter. We started back up in the spring in the Uxbridge, MA area and Kelly was ready to show us homes! We found one (new construction) we loved and Kelly was with us every step of the way, from getting us in for a showing, putting in an offer and negotiating price/terms, to always being available if we had questions (we are a young couple and this was our first home purchase). She never once pressured us into anything and treated us like family. She recommended a great mortgage company and inspector for the house. Selling and buying a home during a pandemic was not in our game plan for 2020. We thank our lucky stars everyday that Kelly's name was passed to us as we were starting this interesting journey. From our very first meeting to now well after we are settled in our new home, Kelly has been our beacon of reassurance, hope, coordination, and information. She has been a sounding board, given us advice - but never in a pushy way - and has advocated on our behalf with all parties involved. While selling, no one entered our house without Kelly personally being there too - from our open houses, to inspection, to appraisal - and she ensured they were following all COVID safety protocols. She also put her all into getting us the best value for our home through marketing and communication: we had 15 solid offers on our home, which was truly a game-changer when it came to purchasing our next home. She was ALWAYS available, and super professional, but did it all with a great sense of humor. I honestly cannot recommend Kelly highly enough. We started with a realtor and ended up with a friend.
