Kelly Dunn

Kelly grew up in Midlothian to buying her first home in the Near West End, she just loves all that Richmond has to offer. There’s such abundance in style and neighborhoods, which makes matching her clients with their dream home so fun. She’s a proud graduate of Virginia Tech with a degree in business which she uses to bring an advisor’s approach to her work. Her real estate experience began with two of Richmond’s most successful home builders. This provided her with intimate knowledge of how homes are constructed and market trends which gives her clients a distinct edge when buying or selling a property. Since 2006 she’s seen it all in Richmond real estate—the ups and the downs! This valuable experience gives her a deep well to draw from when recommending strategies to her clients—whether it be a first home purchase or custom build. She pride herself in treating every transaction as if it were her own. When not working with clients, she can be found entertaining at home, at the beach, or in the mountains with her husband, three sons, golden retriever and cat - not to mention plenty of friends and family! When Kate and she met, they immediately recognized in each other their shared goals of creating a concierge style real estate experience and haven't looked back since!
