Kelly Gardner

After selling real estate in the Florida Keys for over 10 years and working at 2 different real estate companies, one major chain brokerage and one boutique brokerage, Kelly Gardner had a dream to create a boutique real estate company that was unlike any other local company in the Florida Keys. So, in 2021 Bluescape Real Estate was founded. Kelly worked by herself for 6 months and then signed on her first sales agent. Shortly after, the number of licensed sales agents grew and there was an obvious need for a Vacation Rental Company to be included with the brand as the needs of our clients and customers almost always needed some type of knowledge and support for rental management. Almost 1 year to the date of opening, Bluescape Vacation Rentals was founded offering 5-star rental management services. We grew our portfolio of vacation rental properties from 1 home to over 70 rental properties in 2.5 years and we are still rapidly growing these numbers every day.
